Spring into summer with a CRAZY weekend of hardcore fitness!
Baz Gouldsbury is a Personal Trainer and overall fitness professional. His qualifications include Personal Training, Fitness Instructor, Conditioning Specialist and Sports Based Nutrition among others.
Fitness has always been an integral part of his day to day life from a very young age. He has competed both nationally and internationally in Gymnastics. He is extremely motivated, charged, wired and extremely passionate about helping others reach their goals.
This weekend is about you. You will enjoy balanced, delicious healthy meals throughout your stay. The weekend will cover a mix of all things fitness Hiking, Military Bootcamp, Outdoor Country Running along with talks on nutrition giving you the knowledge you will need for a healthy lifestyle change.
We want you to leave feel exhilarated, confident and motivated to continue on your road to greater fitness.
Maximum spaces of 12 persons: £240.00 per person
(This includes accommodation at a cosy bunkhouse along with all meals – arriving on Friday evening departing on late Sunday afternoon)
1 day: £100.00 per person
2 days: £180.00 per person
